What the site collects
This is a public, static website. There are no forms, no advertising pixels, and no analytics of our own. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from this site. Our host adds one analytics script, described below.

What this site collects, what the interactive examples do with what you type, and what happens when you email us.
The interactive examples
The reporting and GRC examples, the evidence request builder, and the checklists run in your browser. They do not connect to Workiva, and nothing you type or select is saved in your browser or sent to Lockfield. Workbooks and PDFs are ordinary downloads; changes you make to them are not sent to Lockfield.
When you email us
The contact page links to our email address. Clicking it opens your own email app; nothing is submitted to this site, and the site never sees what you write. A message reaches us only if you choose to send it.
Hosting and analytics
Lockfield is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare adds its Web Analytics script, loaded from static./cdn-cgi/rum endpoint. We can see those page-view counts in our Cloudflare account. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection information when it serves a page. We do not add any tracking of our own, including on the email link.
